So, what is all this then?

We got jealous. Our children keep going to all the best parties, so we have gone and fixed one up for ourselves, and roped in some charity work while we are at it.

Bring your friends. Have an early supper, because half past eight is quite late enough for anyone. Then come and cut some shapes to every floor filler from the 70s, 80s and 90s until one in the morning.

Wear whatever you like. Spandex, new romantic ruffles, tweed — all equally welcome. No one is checking. There is a cash bar, a proper dance floor and absolutely no judgement of your moves.

See you on the dance floor.

Where your £25 goes

All Saints' has stood in the middle of Wickhambrook for centuries, and buildings that old do not look after themselves. After minimal costs, every ticket goes towards the church itself — the roof, the windows, the plasterwork, the pews — so that it is still standing, dry and in use for the next lot.

Can't make it? There are sofa tickets too: £25 to stay at home and support the church anyway. They admit you to nothing whatsoever, and if you pay UK tax, Gift Aid adds 25p from HMRC for every pound.

Book your tickets

Disco tickets

One ticket, one person through the door. £25 each.

£25 admission

Over 10 tickets? Please get in touch and we will sort it out by hand.

Sofa tickets

Can't come, or would rather not? Buy a sofa ticket, stay exactly where you are, and the church gets the money anyway. £25 each, and you can buy as many as you like.

A sofa ticket will not get you through the door — that is rather the point. Put your feet up on the night, and we will dance your share for you.

£0 donated

You pay £25 for 1 ticket

You will be taken to Stripe to pay by card, where we ask for your name, email and phone number. We never see or store your card details.

Add £0 to your sofa ticket, free?

You have not ticked Gift Aid. If you pay UK tax, the church can claim an extra £0 from HMRC on your £0. It costs you nothing.

I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year, it is my responsibility to pay any difference.

Only add Gift Aid if that statement is true for you. If you do not pay UK tax, please carry on without it. Your donation is just as welcome.

The small print

Refunds. We would rather avoid them — but circumstances change, so do let us know at info@ascw.uk if you can no longer come. You are just as welcome to send somebody in your place: the door list is by the name on the booking, so they only need to give your name. If the disco is cancelled we refund every ticket in full. Sofa tickets are donations and stay with the Fabric Fund, though you have only to ask.

Your details. Stripe gives us your name, email address and phone number so that we can send your confirmation and run the door list on the night — and a billing address too if you Gift Aid a sofa ticket, because HMRC requires one. We share them with nobody beyond Stripe, who take the payment, and Amazon, who carry our email. We delete the lot by the end of February 2027, apart from the Gift Aid records HMRC obliges us to keep for 6 years. We also count visits to this page, so we know whether anyone is finding it — no cookies, and nothing that says who you are. Anything you want to see, correct or have deleted: info@ascw.uk.
